If our scope of work may in any way inconvenience property owners or tenants, highly visible and proper notification is given one week in advance of the start date. Just as important, any unforeseen delays are communicated promptly. As often as requested by our client, property owners or tenants are updated as to our progress via a preferred method (phone, e-mail, or text). Prior to leaving the job site, a final inspection is conducted to ensure your and your tenants’/residents’ complete satisfaction.
We had fun this weekend working with the colors. I think we have decided of the cream color and the philisburg blue. I would like to consult with you again to take a look at the door and wrought iron
panels in front and the railings out back and also the ceiling color for the back overhang and maybe at the front door. My husband was suggesting black for the front wrought iron panels and the back railings.
It would be great if you could come by again. I understand that it is not included so maybe you could let me know what the cost would be. I have found your input very helpful.
