Our company’s work ethic and commitment to quality and service go back over three generations. Yet what makes Pratt & D’Angelo truly unique and we feel accounts for our ability to better service our commercial customers are the systems and business practices we have brought to the painting and contracting industry. We talk the same language as you do and run our business like you run yours, with a strict eye on accountability and results within a given budget.
So, although there are many painting contractors from which to choose that may know how to use a paint brush as well as we do, when you choose Pratt & D’Angelo you get:
Phone calls answered by our receptionist and appointments booked at times convenient for you (early mornings, late evenings and weekends).
Estimators equipped and trained to use the latest technology, including tablet PCs, to compile all relevant data to ensure our estimates are objective, detailed, accurate and timely.
Prompt job assignments and constant updates without asking as a result of our weekly scheduling meetings attended by the estimators, scheduling coordinators and field supervisors.
Job delay reports to ensure critical start dates are met generated from Microsoft Project, which we use to track every job delay caused by weather and or scope changes.
Professionals onsite. We have a strict no-nonsense dress, appearance and manner code. All our painters are polite, uniformed (painter’s pants with fresh company shirts), clean shaven, with proper hair cuts.
The painters just finished the interior painting and it looks so beautiful. You have an impeccable taste. Wait till you see the end result. The master bedroom looks elegant and I love the color of the walk in closet! The crew who did the interior work was a pleasure to have around and did a very detailed job. Not sure how long it will take. Thanks again for all your help and feel free to stop by to visit!
